She was given the nickname & quot;Dusty & quot; for playing football with boys as a youngster and was described as a tomboy. With her distinctive mezzo-soprano sound she was an important singer of blue-eyed soul, and at her peak was one of the most successful British female performers, with 6 Top 20 singles on the US Billboard Hot 100 and 16 on the UK Singles Chart from 1963 to 1989. She is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame and UK Music Hall of Fame. As a fan of US soul music, she brought many little-known soul singers to the attention of a wider UK record-buying audience by hosting the first national TV performance of many top-selling Motown artists beginning in 1965. Although she was never considered a Northern Soul artist in her own right, her efforts contributed a great deal to the formation of the genre. She was the first UK singer to top the New Musical Express readers' poll for Female Singer. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt; To boost her credibility as a soul artist, she went to Memphis to record Dusty In Memphis, an album of pop and soul music, with the Atlantic Records production team. Released in 1969, it has been ranked among the greatest albums of all time by Rolling Stone, NME readers, and in polls by VH1 artists. The album was also awarded a spot in the Grammy & amp;#174; Hall Of Fame. Despite its recognition, the album did not sell well upon release. After the album was released, Dusty relocated to America where she experienced a career slump for several years. However, in collaboration with the Pet Shop Boys, she returned to the Top 10 of the UK and US charts in 1987 with & quot;What Have I Done To Deserve This? & quot; Two Years later she had two other UK hits on her own with & quot;Nothing Has Been Proved & quot; and & quot;In Private. & quot; In the mid-1990s, owing to the inclusion of & quot;Son Of A Preacher Man & quot; on the Pulp Fiction soundtrack, interest in her early output was revived. As a Cornerstone title, ROG is reissuing this classic and expanding it to include a second LP of bonus tracks making their debut on vinyl. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;Limited Edition One-Time Pressing Of 2000 Copies & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Deluxe Edition & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Remastered & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Vinyl mastering by Pete Weiss at Verdant Studios VT and Jeff Powell at Take Out Vinyl, Memphis, TN & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Pressed On 180g Vinyl Double LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Gatefold jacket & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Bonus Tracks - first time on vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Made in the EU & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 1: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Just A Little Lovin' & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;So Much Love & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Son Of A Preacher Man & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;I Don't Want To Hear It Anymore & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Don't Forget About Me & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Breakfast In Bed & lt;/li & gt; & lt;!--More tracks go here in & lt;li & gt; tags-- & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 2: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Just One Smile & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;The Windmills Of Your Mind & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;In The Land Of Make Believe & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;No Easy Way Down & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;I Can't Make It Alone & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 3 - Bonus Tracks: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;What Do You Do When Love Dies & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Willie & amp; Laura Mae Jones & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;That Old Sweet Roll (Hi-De-Ho) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Cherished & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Goodbye & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Make It With You & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Love Shine Down & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Live Here With You & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 4 - Bonus Tracks: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Natchez Trace & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;All the King's Horses & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;I'll Be Faithful & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Have A Good Life Baby & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;You've Got A Friend & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;I Found My Way & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;/section & gt;

She has performed and recorded as one half of Minor Alps with Matthew Caws of Nada Surf and has performed with or made contributions to Belly, Giant Sand, Susanna Hoffs, Aimee Mann and Mary Lou Lord over the span of her career. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt; She formed the Blake Babies with Freda Love and John Strohm in 1986, playing guitar, bass and piano in the group. Blake Babies were signed to indie label Mammoth Records in North Carolina and received airplay on college radio during the early 1990s. Hatfield and Strohm shared songwriting and singing duties. The band disbanded in 1991 but reunited briefly in 1999, performing shows that year and embarking on a US tour in 2001 in support of the critically-acclaimed release, God Bless The Blake Babies (featuring a guest appearance by Evan Dando of the Lemonheads). Following Blake Babies’ initial break-up, Hatfield joined the Lemonheads to record their album, It’s A Shame About Ray, and continued playing bass and providing back-up vocals for them between 1992-93. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt; In 1992, Juliana released her first solo album, Hey Babe, one of the highest selling independent albums of the year. She recruited a rhythm section consisting of former Moving Targets/Bullet LaVolta drummer Todd Phillips and Thudpucker bassist Dean Fisher, becoming the Juliana Hatfield Three. The JH3 achieved arena-rock stardom with the release of 1993’s Become What You Are. Several songs from the album got regularly played on major U.S. rock stations, with her song, “My Sister,” becoming the biggest hit of her career. The song placed #1 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart and the video became a staple at MTV. The track “Spin the Bottle,” was used in the soundtrack for the film Reality Bites in 1994 and Juliana made the cover of Spin. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt; In 1995 following the success of Become What You Are, she released her follow up album, Only Everything, in which she “turned up the volume and the distortion and had a lot of fun.” The album, her first for Atlantic Records, spawned another alternative radio hit in “Universal Heartbeat.” & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt; Now, after 23 years of being out of print on vinyl and following two recent well-received albums (Pussycat and Juliana Hatfield Sings Olivia Newton-John) ROG is reissuing Only Everything, making it the first time on wax in the U.S. with deluxe packaging. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt; & lt;b & gt;Features: & lt;/b & gt; & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; Strict One Time Pressing based on preorders received & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; Numbered, Limited Edition & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; 180g Vinyl & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; Blue & amp; Orange vinyl & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; First time on vinyl in U.S. & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; First time sourced from Original Masters with Lacquers cut at Sam Phillips Recording Studio & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; Pressed at Record Industry, Netherlands & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; Deluxe gatefold tip-on Stoughton sleeve & lt;br & gt; & amp;bull; 4 bonus non-LP singles make debut on full-length vinyl & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt; & lt;b & gt;Selections: & lt;br & gt; Side 1: & lt;/b & gt; & lt;br & gt; 1. The original lineup was Tanya Donelly on vocals and guitar, Fred Abong on bass, and brothers Tom and Chris Gorman on guitar and drums respectively. All four original members knew each other from high school. Donelly had previously been a member of two Boston-based indie rock bands, Throwing Muses and The Breeders. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The band's debut EP, Slow Dust (1992), made it to #1 on the United Kingdom indie chart. Soon after, their single & quot;Feed the Tree & quot; made the Top 40 in the UK Singles Chart and their first album, Star (1993), hit #2 on the UK Albums Chart. In the United States, the album was RIAA certified gold, largely based on the success of & quot;Feed the Tree & quot; on Modern Rock radio stations and MTV, where the video was featured as part of MTV's Buzz Bin videos and Alternative Nation video show for much of 1993. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Belly was nominated for two Grammys in 1994: Best New Artist and Best Alternative Music Performance for Star. The album went on to sell over 800,000 copies in the US alone. In early 1993, they embarked on a & quot;joint headliner & quot; tour with Radiohead. Following a short warm-up tour of smaller venues in the UK also in early 1993, they embarked upon a larger tour where they were supported by the Cranberries. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Just after the release of Star, bassist Fred Abong left and was replaced by Gail Greenwood. Greenwood was originally a guitar player in a Boston-area metal band before being recruited to play bass in Belly. Belly appeared on the April 20, 1995 cover of Rolling Stone magazine. The band also performed & quot;Super Connected & quot; on the Late Show with David Letterman in June that year. It was one of the band's last major U.S television appearances. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;In the summer of 1995, Belly was one of the support bands in Europe for R.E.M. on their world tour, then finished out the year extensively touring the US with Catherine Wheel and Jewel as support acts. In 1996, Donelly broke up the band. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;On February 8, 2016, the band launched an official website announcing a limited summer reunion tour with dates in the UK, Ireland and the US. In advance of the tour, the band performed two warm-up shows in their hometown of Newport, Rhode Island on July 8 and 9 - the band's first live appearances since 1995. On October 26, 2017 the band released their cover of & quot;Hushabye Mountain & quot; as an exclusive download on now-defunct Pledgemusi - their first new recording in over 20 years. The rare EP tracks collected on this new ROG release were chosen and sequenced by the band and are making their debut on full length vinyl. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;ROG, in cooperation with Belly, have created a new vinyl collection of rare B-Sides that are all making their debut on wax. The band is handling new artwork and design for the project. When asked about the new vinyl collection, Tanya Donelly said, & lt;strong & gt; & quot;This is a band-picked compilation of our favorite misfits, spanning 26 years, with most appearing on vinyl for the first time. We're proud of these strays, and there is as much love and work in our B-Sides and one-offs as in our album recordings. & quot; & lt;/strong & gt; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The 2LP 180g set will be mastered and lacquered by Jeff Powell at Sam Phillips Recording Studio and come in a beautiful gatefold tip-on style jacket. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;Strict One Time Pressing based on preorders received & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Numbered, Limited Edition & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;180g Vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Double LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Mastered & amp; Lacquered by Jeff Powell at Sam Phillips Recording Studio & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Rare Tracks On Vinyl For The 1st Time & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Beautiful Gatefold Tip-On Style Jacket & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;New Artwork Designed By The Band & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 1: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Dancing Gold & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Star (Full Band) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Dream On Me & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Sweet Ride & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Trust In Me & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 2: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Diamond Rib Cage & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Sexy S & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Baby's Arm & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Broken & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;It's Not Unusual (Ivo's Version) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 3: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Are You Experienced? & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Spaceman & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Hot Burrito #1 & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Think About Your Troubles & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Hushabye Mountain & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 4: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Lilith & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;John Dark & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Judas Mon Coeur (French Version) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Thief & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;/section & gt;

The current line up consists of Gillespie, Andrew Innes (guitar), Martin Duffy (keyboards), Simone Butler (bass) and Darrin Mooney (drums). & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;After Gillespie and Beattie's aborted first recording with Alan McGee's Essential label, Gillespie joined The Jesus and Mary Chain as drummer and alternated between the two bands. Gillespie and Beattie expanded Primal Scream's lineup to include schoolfriend Robert Young on bass, rhythm guitarist Stuart May, drummer Tom McGurk, and tambourine player Martin St. John. Primal Scream were signed to McGee's Creation Records in 1985 and recorded their debut single, & quot;All Fall Down & quot;, which received positive reviews. After the release of the single, Gillespie was told by The Jesus and Mary Chain leaders William and Jim Reid that he was to either dissolve Primal Scream to join their band full-time or resign. Gillespie chose to remain with Primal Scream. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The band toured throughout 1986, and Gillespie became disenchanted with the quality of their performances. He said that there & quot;was always something missing, musically or in attitude. & quot; They switched to McGee's newly set-up Warner Bros. subsidiary Elevation Records. May was subsequently dismissed; Gillespie's former bandmate Innes was brought in as his replacement, and the band found a new drummer, Gavin Skinner. With their new lineup, the band re-entered the studio, this time in London with producer Mayo Thompson. By the time Sonic Flower Groove was completed, it had cost & amp;#163;100,000. The album reached number 62 on the British charts and received poor reviews. The backlash from the album caused internal strife within the band. Beattie and Skinner subsequently resigned. The band, now consisting of Gillespie, Innes and Young, relocated to Brighton to regroup. Young switched to guitar, and they recruited bassist Henry Olsen and drummer Phillip & quot;Toby & quot; Tomanov, who had both been in Nico's backing band, The Faction. They traded in their jangle pop sound for a harder rock edge, or as Gillespie said, & quot;[w]e had found rock 'n' roll. & quot; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The band re-signed to Creation Records and released their first single in two years, & quot;Ivy, Ivy, Ivy & quot;. This was followed by a full album, Primal Scream. The band's new sound was met with poor reviews, NME called it & quot;confused and lacking in cohesion. & quot; The album featured Felt keyboardist Martin Duffy guesting. The band were first introduced to the acid house scene by McGee in 1988. The band developed a taste for it and began attending raves. The band met up with DJ Andrew Weatherall at a rave, and he was given a copy of & quot;I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have & quot;, a track from Primal Scream, to remix for one of his shows. Weatherall added a drum loop from an Italian bootleg mix of Edie Brickell's & quot;What I Am & quot;, a sample of Gillespie singing a line from Robert Johnson's & quot;Terraplane Blues & quot; and the central introductory sample from the Peter Fonda B-movie The Wild Angels. The resulting track, & quot;Loaded & quot;, became the band's first major hit, reaching number 16 on the UK Singles Chart. This was followed by another single, & quot;Come Together & quot;, which reached number 19. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The band entered the studio with Weatherall, Hugo Nicolson, The Orb and Jimmy Miller producing, and Martin Duffy now full-time on keyboards. They released two more singles, & quot;Higher Than The Sun & quot; and & quot;Don't Fight It, Feel It & quot; which featured the lead vocals of Manchester singer Denise Johnson. The album, Screamadelica, was released in late 1991 to positive reviews. The album was also a commercial success, reaching number eight on the UK chart. The album won the first Mercury Music Prize, beating Gillespie's former band The Jesus and Mary Chain. The supporting tour kicked off in Amsterdam, and it included a performance at the Glastonbury festival before coming to an end in Sheffield. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The band began work on their fourth album, Give Out But Don't Give Up, in Roundhouse Studios in London in September 1992. In March 1994, the first single from the new album, & quot;Rocks & quot;, was released. It was the band's highest-charting single to date, reaching number seven on the UK charts. The single was not received well, with NME calling them & quot;dance traitors & quot;. The album, Give Out But Don't Give Up, was released in May to mixed reviews. Whereas some praised the band's new The Rolling Stones-influenced sound, some dismissed the album as tired and drawing too heavily on their influences. Two more singles were released from the album, & quot;Jailbird & quot; and & quot;(I'm Gonna) Cry Myself Blind & quot;, both of which charted progressively lower. While touring in support of the album, relations within the band began to wear down. The band's American tour, when they supported Depeche Mode, was, in the words of manager Alex Nightingale, & quot;the closest we've come to the band splitting up. & quot; After the completion of the tour, the band remained quiet for a long period of time. The band went on to release 3 more records for Creation, 3 for Columbia Records and a few for independent labels. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;In August 2018 it was announced that the band would release the original long-lost recordings made for Give Out But Don't Give Up for the first time, which were made when the band went to Memphis's Ardent Studios in 1993 to work on a new album with producer Tom Dowd, engineer Jeff Powell and the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The 3LP set was cut to lacquers at 33 1/3 rpm for the first time by original engineer Jeff Powell, and includes an extra LP of Ardent outtakes making their debut on vinyl, new and updated artwork, and has been pressed on 140g black vinyl. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;Strict One Time Pressing based on preorders received & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Numbered, Limited Edition & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;First Vinyl Release In The U.S. & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;3LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Lacquers Cut at 33 1/3 rpm for the first time by original mastering engineer Jeff Powell & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;2 additional LPs of bonus outtakes, making their debut on vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;New & amp; Updated Artwork & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Deluxe triple gatefold packaging & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Booklet & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Made in the Netherlands & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side One: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Jailbird & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Rocks & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Call On Me & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Everybody Needs Somebody & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side Two: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Sad And Blue & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Big Jet Plane & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Free & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side Three: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Jesus & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Cry Myself Blind & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side Four (Ardent Outtakes): & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Billy / To Love Somebody & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Memphis Groove (Improvised Song Jam) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Sad And Blue (Early Rehearsal Jam) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Call On Me (Monitor Mix) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Big Jet Plane (Early Rehearsal Jam / Tom Dowd Instructions) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side Five (Ardent Outtakes): & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Free (Bobby Vocal / Full Band Rehearsal Jam) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Everybody Needs Somebody (Alternate Recording) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Blue Moon Of Kentucky / Trying To Get To You & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Jailbird Guitar & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Jesus (Monitor Mix) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side Six (Ardent Outtakes): & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Funky Jam (Original Recording) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Free (Early Rehearsal Sitar / Piano / Bobby Vocal) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Cry Myself Blind (Monitor Mix) / Big Jet Plane (Sitar Version) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;All I Have To Do Is Dream & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;/section & gt;

With a bit more money at his disposal, the production on this record displays greater depth and polish and he was able to bring along a few celebrity side guests - & lt;strong & gt;Willie Nelson, Jennifer Warnes, & lt;/strong & gt; and his niece & lt;strong & gt;Sheila E. & lt;/strong & gt; - who add to the music without calling undue attention to themselves. In 1998 No Depression magazine named him Artist of the Decade. In 1999 he contributed to a tribute album for Skip Spence, co-founder of Moby Grape, who was critically ill with cancer. More Oar: A Tribute to the Skip Spence Album was intended to raise funds to address Spence's medical bills. Critic Rob Brunner commented, & quot;Alejandro Escovedo offers an appropriately bleary 'Diana,' Spence's darkest song. & quot; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;In 2003 after having lived with hepatitis C for many years, Alejandro collapsed on stage in Arizona. In his long road to recovery he faced substantial medical bills, which lacking medical insurance, he could not pay. Friends and admirers organized benefit shows to help. This effort grew into the album Por Vida: A Tribute to the Songs of Alejandro Escovedo, whose proceeds benefited the Alejandro Escovedo Medical and Living Expense Fund. Contributing musicians included Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, John Cale, Jennifer Warnes, Ian Hunter, The Jayhawks, Son Volt and various members of Escovedo's family. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Escovedo continues to release solo albums on various labels including Bloodshot, Blue Rose, Fantasy and Yep Roc. In 2014 he appeared in the movie and contributed to the soundtrack of the movie Veronica Mars, singing an acoustic version of & quot;We Used to Be Friends. & quot; That same year he co-produced and co-hosted the SXSW Tribute to Lou Reed with Richard Barone. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;Strict One Time Pressing based on preorders received & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Numbered, Limited Edition - 955 Copies Worldwide & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;180g Vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Double LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;First time on vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Vinyl mastering by Levi Seitz at Black Belt Mastering & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Pressed at Record Industry & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Gatefold tip-on style jacket with insert & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Bonus Track & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Made in EU & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side 1: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Put You Down (feat. He originally achieved success and recognition with the Rock & amp; Roll Hall Of Fame-inducted group, The Impressions, and later worked as a solo artist. He started his career in a gospel choir in Chicago, where he met vocalist Jerry Butler in 1956 and joined the Impressions. Mayfield became noted as one of the first musicians to bring more prevalent themes of social awareness into soul music. In 1965, he wrote & quot;People Get Ready & quot; for the Impressions, which displayed his more politically charged songwriting. Ranked at no. 24 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, the song received numerous other awards, and was included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll, as well as being inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1998. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Mayfield began work on his own self-titled album in 1970. Although he never intended to leave the Impressions permanently, he would officially leave them in 1971, under recommendation from his business manager Marv Stuart and given the trend for both R & amp;B and rock artists to go solo Produced by Mayfield, it was released on his own label Curtom Records. The musical styles of Curtis moved further away from the pop-soul sounds of Mayfield's previous group The Impressions and featured more of a funk and psychedelic-influenced sound. The album's subject matter incorporates political and social concerns. Like with some of his later Impressions work, Mayfield's lyrics reflected the social and political concern rising in black America at the time. Mayfield was one of the earliest artists to speak openly about African American pride and community struggle. The album had a more hard-edged sound than the Impressions had before. The two singles off the album & quot;(Don't Worry) If There's a Hell Below, We're All Going To Go & quot; and & quot;Move on Up & quot; showcased Mayfield's new funk musical style, while the rest of the tracks were much softer soul based songs. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Curtis sold well at the time charting at number one on the Billboard Black albums (for five nonconsecutive weeks) and number nineteen on the Billboard Pop albums charts. Only the single & quot;(Don't Worry) If There's a Hell Below, We're All Going To Go & quot; charted in the United States; however, an edited version of & quot;Move On Up & quot; would spend 10 weeks in the top 50 of the UK Singles Chart. In 1972, the French Academy of Jazz awarded Mayfield's Curtis the Prix Otis Redding for best R & amp;B record. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Mayfield won a Grammy Legend Award in 1994 and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1995. He is a double inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as a member of the Impressions in 1991, and again in 1999 as a solo artist. He was also a two-time Grammy Hall of Fame inductee. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;For the 50th Anniversary, ROG is releasing a limited and deluxe 2LP edition that features bonus tracks making their debut on vinyl. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;50th Anniversary Deluxe Limited Edition & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Limited To 4000 Copies & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;180g Vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Double LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;2nd LP contains Bonus Tracks new to vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Tip-on gatefold jacket & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Lacquers cut at Sam Phillips Recording Studio from original master stereo source & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Pressed at Record Industry & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Insert with new liner notes & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Exclusive custom Curtis turntable mat, only available in this release & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Made in the Netherlands & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side A: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;(Don't Worry) If There Is A Hell Below We're All Gonna Go & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;The Other Side Of Town & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;The Makings Of You & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;We The People Who Are Darker Than Blue & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side B: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Move On Up & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Miss Black America & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Wild And Free & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Give It Up & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side C: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Power To The People (Mono Demo) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Underground (Mono Demo) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Ghetto Child (Demo) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Readings In Astrology (Demo) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Suffer & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Side D: & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Miss Black America (Demo) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;The Makings Of You (Backing Track - Take 32) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;(Don't Worry) If There Is A Hell Below We're All Gonna Go (Backing Track - Takes 1 & amp;2) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;(Don't Worry) If There Is A Hell Below We're All Gonna Go (Mono Single Version) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;/section & gt;

& lt;header & gt; & lt;p & gt; & lt;strong & gt;30th Anniversary Deluxe Limited Edition Double LP! & lt;br & gt; Pressed On Green & amp; Black Mixed Color Vinyl! & lt;br & gt; A Must For The Type-O FAN-atic! & lt;/strong & gt; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;/header & gt; & lt;p & gt;Type O Negative is an American goth-metal band formed in Brooklyn in 1989 by Peter Steele (lead vocals, bass), Kenny Hickey (guitar, backing vocals), Josh Silver (keyboards, backing vocals), and Sal Abruscato (drums, percussions), who was later replaced by Johnny Kelly. Slow, Deep And Hard is their debut studio album, released in 1991 on Roadrunner Records. The album, originally titled None More Negative and released in 1990 under the group's former name Repulsion, launched the band's career. The album has a rawness that was prominent in Peter Steele's previous band, Carnivore, but it incorporates elements that became standard for Type O Negative, merging styles including doom metal, gothic rock, new wave and industrial music. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Slow, Deep And Hard is a semi-autobiographical album with heavy amounts of black humor, based on a failed relationship in which the vocalist/bass guitarist Peter Steele was involved. In keeping with the band's notable humor, the album's cover artwork is a blurred image of sexual penetration. According to guitarist Kenny Hickey, Steele based a riff of & quot;Gravitational Constant: G = 6.67 x 10 - 8 cm - 3 gm - 1 sec - 2 & quot; (later known as & quot;Gravity & quot;) from the theme song of the 1964 American sitcom The Munsters. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;For the 30th anniversary of Slow, Deep And Hard, Roadrunner Records, in conjunction with Run Out Groove, is reissuing the debut on vinyl in all its remastered glory. Throughout their career they have released nine full-length albums and have evolved through a succession of sounds, all in the main style of groove metal and industrial metal. The band has been enormously influential on the heavy metal scene in the mid-to-late 1990s. The band was formed by guitarist Dino Cazares and drummer Raymond Herrera in LA. Their first line up was completed with the addition of bassist Dave Gibney and vocalist Burton Bell. Cazares played bass on the first three Fear Factory albums. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;By June 1995 the band was playing the Dynamo Open Air Festival in the Netherlands. Their second album, Demanufacture, was released on June 12. Considered to be the band's defining work, it features--in comparison to the overly brutal approach favored in the band's early recordings--a more industrial metal sound characterized by a mix of rapid-fire thrash metal/industrial metal guitar riffs, tight, pulse-driven drum beats, roaring vocals that made way for melodic singing, and powerful bass lines. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Demanufacture was awarded the maximum five-star rating in Kerrang! Rock Magazine. It made the Top 10 of the Billboard Heatseekers Charts and a video was produced for the song, & quot;Replica. & quot; Burton Bell wrote the majority of the lyrics and Dino wrote all the music. Many regard the album as the band's best and a heavy metal classic. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The band spent the next few years touring with Black Sabbath, Megadeth, Iron Maiden and opened for Ozzy Osbourne in North America and Europe during late 1995. Upon its release, Demanufacture proved to be extraordinarily successful and received universal acclaim from music critics. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;The band's singles have charted on the US Mainstream Rock Top 40 and albums on the Billboard Top 40, 100 and 200. They have sold more than a million albums in the U.S. alone. For the 25th anniversary, ROG is reissuing this classic album for the first time on vinyl in the U.S., adding newly found unreleased live tracks recorded at Ozzfest in 1996 and an exclusive poster! & lt;/p & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;25th Anniversary Limited Edition & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Transparent Blue, Solid White & amp; Black Mixed Color Vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;3LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;First U.S. Release & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Out of print on vinyl since 2007 & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Remastered from the original analog source tapes & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Lacquers Cut By Band Producer/Engineer, Damien Rainaud & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Previously Unreleased Bonus Live Tracks Recorded At Ozzfest On 10/25/96 & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Exclusive Poster & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Deluxe Packaging & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Tri-fold Jacket & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Made in the Netherlands & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;The Original Album & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side One: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Demanufacture & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Self Bias Resistor & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Zero Signal & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Two: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Replica & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;New Breed & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Dog Day Sunrise & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Three: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Body Hammer & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Flashpoint & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;H-K (Hunter-Killer) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Four: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Pisschrist & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;A Therapy For Pain & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;Live At Ozzfest '96 & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Five: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Demanufacture & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Zero Signal & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Self Bias Resistor & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Six: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Scumgrief (Deep Dub Trauma Mix) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Replica & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Martyr & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;/section & gt;

Yet the original concert in January of '74 included 2 hours of performances, but nearly 70+ minutes were left on the cutting room floor. With jazz music on the decline in the US in the 1970s, Atlantic Records was probably concerned about releasing a 3LP set at a higher price point that only the most ardent fans would purchase at the time. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Well after 47 years and in honor of 2021's Black Music Month, Run Out Groove has righted the course of this ship, issuing the complete 1974 Mingus At Carnegie Hall album with over 72 minutes of unreleased material and putting the original running order of the concert in correct sequence. The deluxe 3LP set features never-before-seen photos taken by original photographer Gosta Peterson and new liner notes by Jazz historian and producer, Michael Cuscuna. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;One of the most important figures in twentieth century American music, Charles Mingus was a virtuoso bass player, accomplished pianist, band leader and composer. Born on a military base in Nogales, Arizona in 1922 and raised in Watts, California, his earliest musical influences came from the church - choir and group singing - and from & quot;hearing Duke Ellington over the radio when [he] was eight years old. & quot; His early professional experience, in the '40s, found him touring with bands like Louis Armstrong, Kid Ory and Lionel Hampton. Mingus' career has spanned three-decades and he collaborated with other jazz legends such as Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, and Herbie Hancock. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Mingus' compositions retain the hot and soulful feel of hard bop, drawing heavily from black gospel music and free jazz, and classical music. Because of his brilliant writing for midsize ensembles, and his catering to and emphasizing the strengths of the musicians in his groups, Mingus is often considered the heir of Duke Ellington. From the 1960s until his death in 1979 at age 56, Mingus remained in the forefront of American music. When asked to comment on his accomplishments, Mingus said that his abilities as a bassist were the result of hard work but that his talent for composition came from God. He died in Mexico on January 5, 1979, and his wife, Sue Graham Mingus, scattered his ashes in the Ganges River in India. Both New York City and Washington, D.C. honored him posthumously with a & quot;Charles Mingus Day. & quot; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;blockquote cite= & quot;www.theabsolutesound.com & quot; & gt; Releasing the entire show reveals what an affirmation that evening was. With the sextet, Mingus proved he was still a force to be reckoned with; in fact, you wonder how many ensembles led by younger players could match the firepower of this late-career lineup - then, now, or ever. And bringing out the alumni helped clarify what all the fuss was about in the first place. & lt;footer & gt; -Jeff Wilson, The Absolute Sound, December 2021, Music 4.5/5, Sonics 3.5/5 & lt;/footer & gt; & lt;/blockquote & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;Deluxe Limited Edition & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;180g Vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;3LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Over 72 minutes of previously unreleased material & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Complete 1974 set at Carnegie Hall - played in its original order for the first time & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Mastered/Lacquered & amp; sourced from the original tapes & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Previously unseen photos from original photographer Gosta Peterson & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;New liner notes from jazz historian & amp; producer, Michael Cuscuna & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Triple gatefold & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li.Made in the Netherlands & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;musicians & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Musicians & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;table & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;Charles Mingus & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;bass (all tracks) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;Don Pullen & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;piano (all tracks) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;George Adams & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;tenor saxophone (all tracks) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;Jon Faddis & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;trumpet (all tracks) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;Hamiet Bluiett & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;baritione saxophone (all tracks) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;Dannie Richmond & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;drums (all tracks) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;Charles MacPherson & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;alto saxophone ( & quot;Perdido & quot;, & quot;C Jam Blues & quot;) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;John Handy & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;alto saxophone, tenor saxophone ( & quot;Perdido & quot;, & quot;C Jam Blues & quot;) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;tr & gt; & lt;th & gt;Rahsaan Roland Kirk & lt;/th & gt; & lt;td & gt;tenor saxophone, stritch ( & quot;Perdido & quot;, & quot;C Jam Blues & quot;) & lt;/td & gt; & lt;/tr & gt; & lt;/table & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;LP 1 & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side One: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Introduction (Previously Unavailable On Vinyl) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Peggy's Blue Skylight (Previously Unavailable On Vinyl) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Two: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Celia (Previously Unavailable On Vinyl) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;LP 2 & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Three: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Fables Of Faubus (Previously Unavailable On Vinyl) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Four: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Big Alice (Previously Unavailable On Vinyl) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;LP 3 & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Five: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Perdido & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Six: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;C Jam Blues & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;/section & gt;

Old 97's Fight Songs Deluxe Numbered Limited Edition 180g 3LP (Vinyl)
& lt;header & gt; & lt;p & gt; & lt;strong & gt;Numbered, Limited Edition Deluxe 180g Vinyl 3LP! & lt;br & gt; First Worldwide Release On Vinyl! & lt;br & gt; Original Album + Brand New 2021 Remix by Vance Powell! & lt;br & gt; Includes Bonus LP Of Previously Unreleased 1998 Demos! & lt;/strong & gt; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;/header & gt; & lt;p & gt;Old 97's are an American alternative country rock band from Dallas, TX, fronted by lead vocalist and primary songwriter, Rhett Miller. Formed in 1993, they have since released twelve studio albums, two full EPs, and have one live album. Their most recent studio album is Twelfth. They are recognized as pioneers of the alt-country movement during the mid-to-late 90s, along with Uncle Tupelo, Drive-By Truckers, Whiskeytown, The Jayhawks and the Bottle Rockets. They started as a popular bar band in Dallas and caught the attention of Bloodshot Records, who signed them to record 1995's Wreck Your Life. Their Bloodshot debut LP brought them to the attention of Elektra Records, who hoped that alt-country could be a new post-grunge trend. Most songs are written and sung by Miller, with bassist Murry Hammond picking up the vocals on one or two tracks per album. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;In 2005, Blender magazine ranked the band's then most successful single, 1999's & quot;Murder (Or A Heart Attack) & quot;, as the 176th greatest song & quot;since you were born. & quot; Their music has been featured in a number of film and TV series, including The Break Up, Clay Pigeons, Slither, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, Ed, Scrubs, Veronica Mars and Scorpion. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Old 97's recorded three albums for Elektra, before moving on to New West and ATO Records subsequently. Rhett has recorded seven solo studio albums and one live album, receiving substantial airplay on alternative-oriented stations. Old 97's are heralded as a great live band, although they claim never to rehearse their act. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Their fourth studio album, Fight Songs, was recorded at Kingsway in New Orleans and released on April 27, 1999. The album is more-slick and pop-oriented than their previous efforts. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;For the release of this deluxe worldwide debut on vinyl, ROG had six-time Grammy & amp;#174; award-winning producer and engineer Vance Powell remix the 12-track album as the band originally intended; stripping off the slick 1990s-style production and sheen that helped the album get on the radio in 1999. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;When asked about the album finally seeing a release on vinyl, guitarist Ken Bethea said, & lt;strong & gt; & quot;When Run Out Groove approached us with the idea of releasing 'Fight Songs' for the first time on vinyl, not only were we excited, but also immediately thought of the idea of a remix. A chance to turn back time 23 years and we coaxed our current producer/mixer Vance Powell (Jack White, Chris Stapleton, Phish, Sturgill Simpson) onto the project and he agreed with one caveat: no slick, all rock... & quot; & lt;/strong & gt; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt; With the assistance from the band ROG are also able to offer previously unreleased 1998 pre-production demos on a 3rd LP that helps to round out the complete story of this classic 1990's alternative country record. & lt;/p & gt; & lt;p & gt;Ken goes on to say, & lt;strong & gt; & quot;For the band, this 3LP set is a wild trip back in time. It includes our original recording of 1998's 'Fight Songs,' the Vance Powell remix that allows us to experience an alternative 'what if' version of the album, and this little nugget of what the band sounded like back in those days as we rehearsed and sussed out our songs. We are blown away by these sounds. We know you will be blown away as well. & quot; & lt;/strong & gt; & lt;/p & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;features & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Features & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;ul & gt; & lt;li & gt;Numbered, Limited Edition & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Deluxe 3LP & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;180g Vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;First worldwide release on vinyl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Original 1999 album & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Brand new 2021 remix by Grammy-winning producer Vance Powell & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Bonus LP of previously unreleased 1998 demos & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;All mastered from the original analog tapes & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Deluxe packaging & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Liner notes by Rhett Miller and band archivist Tom DeSavia & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Definitive collector's edition of this classic record & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Made in the Netherlands & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ul & gt; & lt;/section & gt; & lt;section id= & quot;selections & quot; & gt; & lt;h3 & gt;Selections & lt;/h3 & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;LP 1 - Original 1999 Album & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side One: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Jagged & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Lonely Holiday & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Oppenheimer & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Indefinitely & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;What We Talk About & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Crash On The Barrelhead & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Two: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Murder (Or A Heart Attack) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Alone So Far & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Busted Afternoon & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Nineteen & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Let The Idiot Speak & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Valentine & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;LP 2 - 2021 Vance Powell Remix & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Three: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Jagged & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Lonely Holiday & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Oppenheimer & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Indefinitely & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Crash On The Barrelhead & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Four: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Murder (Or A Heart Attack) & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Alone So Far & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Busted Afternoon & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Nineteen & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Let The Idiot Speak & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Valentine & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h4 & gt;LP 3 - 1998 Demos (Previously Unreleased) & lt;/h4 & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Five: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Lonely Holiday & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Oppenheimer & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;What We Talk About & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Jagged & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Weightless & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;h5 & gt;Side Six: & lt;/h5 & gt; & lt;ol & gt; & lt;li & gt;Indefinitely & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Singular Girl & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Busted Afternoon & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Nineteen & lt;/li & gt; & lt;li & gt;Alone So Far & lt;/li & gt; & lt;/ol & gt; & lt;/section & gt;
