The UH-2D-S is HDMI on Dual UTP Sender which paired with UH-2D-R can extend HDMI signal upto 170 ft. The Sender and Receiver set support HDCP, Deep-Color, 3D and can achieve a distance of up to 170 ft @ 1080i/720p or 130 ft @ 1080p resolution. Model UH-2D-S is a member of the Hall Research HD-Cat video extension product line. The HD-2D extender kit uses two Cat6 cables to extend high definition video well beyond the limitations of HDMI cable. The HD-Cat family of products are designed and manufactured in the USA. They offer a reliable and low-cost alternative to HDBaseT extenders for shorter distances. The HD-2D extender is typically sold as a kit, however senders and receivers are also separately available for purchase. There is also a single-gang Decora style wall-plate of the sender side. The UH-2D-S is compatible with HDMI versions 1.4. A single power supply is provided that can be plugged at either end for easy installation. The extender equalizes TMDS video using state of the art technology for a crisp image, and buffers the DDC channel for error free EDID and HDCP operation that help prevent image dropouts. CHD-SF10 - SnugFit" High Speed Latching HDMI Cable 10ft/3m long The CHD-SFxx latching HDMI cables from Hall Research provide 18G bandwidth for perfect 4K60 video and are designed for critical applications where a tight and reliable HDMI connection is required. Regular HDMI cables do not secure the connector and can get unplugged with as little as 2 lbs of force. The SnugFit" cables use spring-loaded protrusions on the top and sides of the HDMI connector to increase the force required to unplug the cable. The top tabs are positioned in such a way to snap into slots in compatible mating connectors providing tactile and audible feedback of a proper connection. Though technically they don't provide a positive locking mechanism, the SnugFit" cables offer additional grip force preventing accidental disconnection. The SnugFit" cables are economically priced and available in lengths from 1 to 25 ft in length.

The Model UV8-S is a 4-channel video splitter that can send a VGA or component video signal to multiple displays on CATx cable. This unit features a standard HD15 VGA connector for the input and has 8 RJ45 connectors for the outputs. It also provide an additional HD15 VGA connector for a local monitor. The UV8-S can drive UTP cables of lengths up to 500 feet. At the remote (receiving) end of the cable, a model # UV1-R is required to convert the UTP cable signal back to video for connection to a monitor. In most setups only one power supply is necessary for the entire system. The UV8-S Sender/Splitter comes with a power supply that is capable of powering itself and all the UV1-R receivers. HHD264 family of economical HDMI over LAN senders and receivers provide unparalleled power and ease to distribute one or more HDMI sources to multiple displays on any LAN. Up to 64 independent senders can be simultaneously connected to the network and up to 256 receivers can be accommodated. Gigabit (1000 BaseT) network infrastructure is recommended to allow for up to 64 video streams to be transported, although the system works with 100 BaseT networks but with fewer sources. Full-HD (1080p/60) video is transmitted using the latest H.264 encoding scheme with user definable bit rate. For a perfect image Full-HD uses 15 Mbps whereas HD (1080i or 720p) uses 12 Mbps. However, if the content is mostly static (such as slide shows), users can encode with lower data rates to save bandwidth and still have a perfect image. HDMI video and audio are extended along with bidirectional RS-232 data. Video routing from the senders to the receivers can be pre-assigned (using multi-cast group dip switch), but the system can also behave as a Dynamic Virtual Matrix Switch?. So if the signal routing from senders to receivers is going to be fixed, the installer can just set the dip switches to route senders to any one or group of receivers. However, users can switch the source shown on any receiver on the y (dynamically). This is done by going into each receiver?s IP address and accessing the WebGUI, or by using Hall Research?s free Dynamic Virtual Matrix? Windows software. Using the software enables the user to re-route the signals to all receivers from one central screen easily and conveniently. The EX-VU1 is used to extend HDMI video and USB data on a single Cat6 cable up to 100 ft (30 meters). It is ideally designed to be compatible with most interactive displays including the Promethean ActivPanel & reg;. HDMI audio is extracted and is provided as L/R stereo on the receiver. The EX-VU1 can also control other equipment by providing programmable contact closure I/O, RS-232 output, IR output and an optional LAN interface from an internal WebGUI and IP control. The EX-VU1 extender consists of an EX-VU1-WP single-gang wall plate transmitter and an EX-VU1-R (or EX-VU1-R-IP) receiver. Hall Research CNT-IP-264 Programmable Video over IP Controller is an IoT device providing global/master control of video-over-LAN network with multiple FHD264 encoders and decoders. It lists all video transmitters and receivers with their user defined names and allows switching of video using drop down menus. Users can also create custom control buttons for Serial-over-IP or Telnet control of other equipment, and even schedule events. The CNT-IP-264 can turn your IP-based HDMI video distribution system into a GUI-based virtual matrix switch. The CNT-IP-264 can also act as a universal controller with advanced GUI and scheduling capabilities. When connected to the same network as the FHD264 HDMI-over-IP products, it scans the network, lists and identifies all Senders and Receivers by their user assigned name. Other parameters such as IP and Mac address, model number, encoding bit rate, etc. are also accessible. A matrix page allows quick routing of the video from any sender to any Receiver using drop-down lists. When used as a control system, it can control other devices such as TVs, projectors, or motorized screens. Since the FHD264 HDMI-over-IP codecs have RS232 ports, the controller can send RS232 commands to external devices though them. For example if an FHD264 Receiver's RS232 port is connected to a projector, you can create a button on the GUI to turn the projector on and off. You can also schedule actions such as changing video routing or powering TVs based on time of day. Users can create a control webpage with buttons to send Telnet or RS232 commands. The DAC-51 Digital to Analog Audio Decoder uses 24-bit audio DSP and 192KHz DACs to convert virtually any type of digital audio input to stereo output. The Model Kit is used to send high resolution video, Audio (L+R Mixed) and uni-directional RS-232 over a single twisted-pair cable to a remote location up to 500 feet away. The input video can be from a RGBHV (PC video to WUXGA) or YPbPr (HD analog component to 1080p). DDC compliant EDID emulation assures proper PC boot-up with video output. The Uni-directional RS-232 can be used to control LCD's or Projectors that have RS-232 control. Applications include kiosk solutions, conference halls, digital signage, interactive operator systems, factory or laboratory data acquisition and control, and more. When the Sender is powered from a VESA compliant VGA source (+5v on Pin 9) a power supply (included) is only required at the Receiver. The award winning UHBX-R-XT is an HDBaseT? Receiver with integrated HDBaseT? transmitter for connection to downstream HDBaseT? receiver(s) in a daisy-chain fashion. It provides a local HDMI output, an RS-232 port for controlling displays, and it also extends IR signals (IR signal detected at source is broadcast to all receivers - IR cables sold separately). The RS-232 port can be used to send commands (such as power on/off) to compatible displays and projectors. This can be done either automatically (autonomously by detecting video), or directed by an external Serial Control Device using Hall Research's simple command set. When RS-232 operation is under external control, each receiver in the daisy chain can be individually addressed for sending specific commands at that particular node. In order to communicate with a given receiver, each receiver in the daisy-chain is assigned a unique address. The UHBX-R-XT provides a Mini-USB port that is used to assign the box address, configure operation mode, upload internal commands (required for automatic on/off control), and more. A free Windows? GUI software is available on the product's webpage for users who want to take advantage of the product's control capabilities. The distance between receivers (in a daisy chain), is 100 meters (328 ft) maximum, however, if the video is limited to 1080p (24 bit color or 8bits/color), then users can utilize the "Long Reach" function of the receiver that allows UTP cables of up to 150 meters (500 ft) between consecutive receivers in the daisy-chain (Long-Reach mode does not support 4K or deep color). Hall Research 4K Javelin Active Plenum HDMI extension cables utilize the latest in optoelectronic technology to transmit HDMI signals far beyond the typical limitations of copper cables. The cable is a hybrid of fiber and copper that allows HDMI signals to be extended 200 ft or more with zero loss. All PC and HDTV resolutions are supported including 4K Ultra HD. The HDCP compliant cables also support DDC and CEC. Proprietary circuitry is conveniently incorporated inside the HDMI connectors to convert the video signals to light pulses and back. Furthermore, this plug-n-play cable requires no external power supply. Power is drawn from the 5v signal pin of the source HDMI output. The cable draws less than 0.25w of power from the source. Per HDMI specifications all HDMI compliant sources must at least provide 0.25 watts of power. If a particular source is not able to provide the required power, Hall Research offers 5v power inserter that can be placed between the source and the cable. Among the impressive features of the 4K Javelin is its indifference to the resolution that is being extended. It has the ability to handle any resolution or color depth including non-standard video formats as long as the maximum data rate is less than 10.2 Gbps. No compression is used so the image at the far end of the cable is 100% identical to the source. Since the video is sent using light pulses, the cable provides higher immunity to EMI or RFI interference and there is less chance of video dropouts due to environmental electromagnetic noise. The 4K Javelin Plenum cable can be used as a regular HDMI cable but without the worry of boosters or equalizers; being Plenum, also makes it possible to be used in any installation environment. Most PC's and Notebook require a special handshake from the LCD or display device before they output video. This handshake involves reading the EDID table from the monitor. The EDID contains information such as Native or supported resolutions and Video Formats. Some older equipment may not support the EDID properly and the end result is that you often can't get video from your PC to external display. To easily fix this, Hall Research has designed the EDID Emulator. It is a tiny device that plugs to the HDMI port on your source device and you simply plug the cable from the monitor to this unit. The EM-HD-NCP is powered from the source itself. We have preprogrammed many standard resolutions into the emulator, so chances are you will have a perfect video right off the bat. But if you need to specifically program the EDID from a unique LCD into the Emulator, that is possible too with the use of USB-EDID-PRO2. (sold separately).

UHBX-R-PD receiver module when paired with compatible sender ( Hall Research model UHBX-S-PSE ), can extend HDMI, bi-directional IR, full-duplex RS232, and PoH (power over HDBaseTâ„¢) over distances of up to 150 meters (500 feet) using a single Cat6 cable. The pair can extend HDMI or single-link DVI video of virtually any resolution, to a maximum distance of 500 ft (150 m). Moreover, these extenders complies with Power-over-HDBaseTâ„¢ or PoH, hence only one end requires a power supply . The end identified as PSE (power sourcing equipment) injects power on to the Cat6 cable and the side identified as PD (powered device) is powered through the Cat6 cable. The PSE side requires connection of an AC adapter that supplies 5v DC, while the PD or WP(wall plate) side is simply powered through the RJ45 connector from the opposite side. Full-duplex RS232 Serial Port extension is provided that can operate at any baud rate to 115,200 (independent of video activity). The extender can also extend IR from one end to the other. IR Detector and IR Emitter cables are sold separately. The IR extension preserves the modulation(carrier) frequency and provides compatibility to virtually any standard. It supports modulation range from 30 KHz to 60 KHz. Two user selectable distance modes are available: Standard(default) and Long Reach. If the length of UTP cable is less than 100 meters (330 ft), then STD mode should be used. For the lengths above 330 ft Long Reach (L.R.) mode must be set. Hall Research UHBX-R-48 HDBaseT Receiver with HDMI output, Bidirectional IR, RS232, and PoH Source (Power over HDBaseT) is a HDBaseT receiver that can power compatible HDBaseT sources over the same cable used to extend video and control signals. It is perfect for powering HD or UHD video conferencing cameras with PTZ control and eliminates the need for a power supply at the camera. The UHBX-R-48 s Extends HDMI video, RS-232, IR, and Power over one UTP (Cat6) cable. Full-HD (1080p) signals can be extended to 150 meters, while Ultra-HD (4K) can be extended to 100 meters. The receiver provides over 30 watts of power to the transmitter at other side. Bi-directional RS-232 is provided for control, so if the source allows control via its HDBaseT port (such as compatible VC Cameras with PTZ), camera motion and zoom control are also extended. IR (Infrared Remote) signals are also extended in both directions. IR detector and emitter cables are sold separately. The Receiver incorporates a Mode Switch. Normally (as shipped) the mode is set for Standard (STD). In this mode any video signal upto 4K resolution can be extended to 100 meters. However, if the source is limited to 1080p, setting the mode to Long Reach (LR) allows Full-HD signals to be extended to 150 meters. The award winning UHBX-R-XT is an Receiver with integrated transmitter for connection to downstream receiver (s) in a daisy-chain fashion. It provides a local HDMI output, an RS-232 port for controlling displays, and it also extends IR signals (IR signal detected at source is broadcast to all receivers - IR cables sold separately). The RS-232 port can be used to send commands (such as power on/off) to compatible displays and projectors. This can be done either automatically (autonomously by detecting video), or directed by an external Serial Control Device using Hall Research's simple command set. When RS-232 operation is under external control, each receiver in the daisy chain can be individually addressed for sending specific commands at that particular node. In order to communicate with a given receiver, each receiver in the daisy-chain is assigned a unique address. The Model 200A is a 2-channel VGA distribution amplifier (splitter) with stereo audio and EDID routing/emulation capabilities. The RGBHV (VGA) input video signal is terminated and amplified for driving each output. The 3.5mm audio input is ground isolated to prevent ground loop noise and hum and is also amplified for driving two outputs. The EDID (Extended Display ID) data that the video source sees can be routed from the LCD connected to OUTPUT #1, or emulated using internal EDID memory in the splitter. A recessed 2-position switch is used to determine the EDID routing.
