At Cartnear, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across the United States and internationally. Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship to all contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is also available. Additional transit times may apply.

FREE Shipping Promotions:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $250 (Contiguous U.S. only).
  • Orders under $250 incur a Standard Shipping fee of $6.95.
  • Shipping promotion excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and oversized packages.

Shipping Carriers:

We use a combination of UPS, USPS, and regional carriers to ensure prompt and efficient delivery, including Saturday deliveries where available. Tracking information will be provided via email or can be accessed through your Cartnear account.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Shipping method availability may vary based on destination.
  • Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) are restricted to ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Examples of HAZMAT items: aerosols, alcohol-based products, nail polish, hairspray, and flammable items.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs will vary by destination and customs clearance may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking:

Track your order anytime using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your Cartnear account under "My Orders". Some packages may be handed off to USPS for final delivery.

Delivery Issues & Support:

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us or visit a Cartnear store for a return or exchange with your receipt.
  • Missing Items: Check for multiple tracking numbers; if items are still missing, contact Guest Services for assistance.
  • Missing Packages: Review tracking links and check surrounding delivery areas. If your package is still missing after one business day, please contact Guest Services for help.
