Return and Refund Policy
At Cartnear, we strive to make your shopping experience simple and worry-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.
Return Period:
- Most new, unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Returns made between 15 and 30 days from purchase are eligible for store credit only.
- Returns after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Certain products such as gift cards, intimate wellness devices, wigs, and hair extensions are non-returnable.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return at our facility.
- Merchandise credits or gift cards (if applicable) are processed within the same timeframe.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item:
- In-Store Returns: Bring your item(s), order confirmation, and packaging to any Cartnear store location.

Please use a traceable shipping method. Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email.
Holiday Extended Returns:
Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year.
Additional Information:
- Reward points earned on returned items will be deducted from your account.
- Returned merchandise is not resold to ensure quality and safety.
