They even experimented with the radius of the bend for changes in timbre. Their triangles begin in a raw bar stock form. This ultra-hard, high-carbon steel alloy is needed to create the clear tone.The sound is further refined by the heat treatment which brings out a shimmering spread of frequencies. A satin chrome finish protects the triangle and is intentionally thin in order to not adversely affect the sound. Four full-size professional triangle beaters are included.
