•Our Merlot is a jammy, elegantly textured wine crafted from luscious grapes found along California’s desirable Central Coast. The warm, sunny days and cool nights allow for a long growing season that makes for a full-bodied, yet smooth wine with ripe red fruit aromas and flavors. The grapes for this wine are cool fermented in a slow process to help retain aromas and fruit characteristics. The soft tannins and color are carefully extracted from the grapes before being pressed to reach the right level of dryness. Finally, we age the wine on American oak to enhance richness and complexity.
