IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your DVI display is capable of processing the resolution you will be sending from your HDMI device. For example, if your DVI display is only capable of 1080i or 720p and you will be sending signal from an Xbox or PS-3, the default HDMI resolution for these devices is 1080p so you must manually set output HDMI resolution to 1080i or 720p, whichever is compatible with your DVI display. When using a Chromecast dongle, DVI display must be capable of processing 1080p as this device is not capable of setting to 1080i or 720p and its default output resolution is 1080p.
NOTE:
1. Coaxial format is dependent upon the embedded digital audio in the HDMI stream. The Coaxial receiver must be able to recognize the input Coaxial format.
2. Analog audio( 3.5 mm Jack) only support 2 channels, there is no output when the source is AC3/DTS multichannel audio.
3. If your TV not supports Dolby Digital or DTS audio decoding, then you will add audio decoder or amplifier.
