This thermometer’s advanced probe registers between -40°F to 482°F and -40°C to 250°C, giving you the most accurate readings to ensure your food is both delicious and safe by recommended standards. A plastic storage case with pocket clip provides storage safety and portability.

A thin, step-down probe allows for the smallest puncture in the food to retain juices and flavor. HOLD feature “LOCKS” in the temperature even when thermometer is removed from food.

Twist off the top of the innovative thermometer housing design to change the battery. All electronic components are enclosed and the wire connections have been eliminated to reduce product damages.

BATTERY: Powered by one (1) LR44 battery, included. Thermometer can be powered off or will auto shut-off after a few minutes of no change in temperature.
