Peacocks are a historic emblem of nobility, charm your guests with this majestic 16 piece Peacock Garden dinnerware set. With its elegant teal and gold tones, it is a chic addition to any dinner table. The green Peafowl is a species of peacock native to the island of Java, Indonesia. Otherwise known as the Java peafowl, this graceful bird inspired the Peacock Garden collection from 222 Fifth. Roaming the grounds of our factory in Java, these beautiful animals soon found their way into many of our designs. The most successful, Peacock Garden, has graced tables around the world with its glowing green and blue hues. Sadly, due to a reduction in the size of its natural habitat, the green peafowl is now a threatened species. Fortunately, many have found their way into protected habitats such as the Ujung Kulong National Park in Java.
