In normal operating mode, the unit passes 12 VDC to your Flo by Moen device and maintains battery charge level. If there is an AC line disruption, your Flo by Moen device will immediately switch to the battery supply in order to maintain power to your device. To install, simply plug the Flo by Moen device into the battery backup and plug the battery backup into the wall.
