The infrared radiant screens, combined with the stainless steel dual element infrared radiant plate, produce intense and even heat while vaporizing drippings to achieve that coveted BBQ flavor anywhere you go. Sear, slow cook, or warm sides on the 12 x 18 inch stainless steel grill grates and 5.5 x 18 inch secondary warming rack.
