The Metabo RBE15-180 Pipe/tube sander kit features a powerful 13.5 Amp motor and is German engineered to make fast work of pipe and tube finishing projects. With a variable speed motor and an intelligent electronics package that maintains speed and monitors motor output this tool is perfectly designed for cleaning, reconditioning, finishing, and polishing pipes/tubes. The tool is designed with high torque gearing especially for stainless steel. The pivoting head allows for a large wrap angle of 270 Degrees on smaller diameter tubes and allows for work on pipes up to 7 inch in diameter. The kit features a steel carrying case with a wide selection of sanding and finishing belts. A full range of accessories is available to take any project from start to finish, including removing welds and all steps up to a mirror finish on stainless steel tubes, handrails, and pipes.
