The Kickboard Original 2.0 is Micro Kickboard’s updated adult Kickboard, featuring a new larger back wheel, updated rear brake, and an all-new deck. The PA and glass fiber deck flexes to absorb bumps providing a very smooth ride, even at high speeds. It features axle steering so riders can simply lean to steer like on a skateboard but with greater control and maneuverability. Its simple-to-use, sophisticated folding mechanism allows you to fold and carry, as the handlebar locks in position to create a carrying handle. Like a skateboard, your Kickboard Original stays upright when you hop off, making it easy to park, switch from riding to walking, and back again.
A durable classic for teens and adults, the Kickboard Original 2.0 is great for urban commutes, college campuses or for just plain having fun on. It comes with interchangeable T-bar and Joystick, allowing you to convert your kickboard from the more "traditional" T-bar steering to Joystick steering, which provides more of a skateboard or longboard feel to your ride.
The Kickboard Original 2.0 comes completely assembled, with the patented folding mechanism. To unfold your Original, simply pull to release the locking mechanism at the base of the Joystick then raise. Make sure the Joystick is locked in the upright position before riding.
Please note, when you take this product out of its display box, it will arrive in "Joystick mode." The components needed to convert your handlebar over to a T-bar are included right inside the box with your scooter and instruction manual. Switching from one handlebar style over to the other is quite easy!
