Calling all young rocket scientists! The Estes® Rocket Science™ Starter Set is your ticket to a world of science adventure and rocketry fun.

The Estes Rocket Science Start Set comes with a classically designed Estes model rocket kit that you get to assemble. It only takes an hour and a few basic supplies to complete the kit: pencil, ruler, sandpaper, white glue, and a hobby knife. Best of all, the parts are pre-colored so there’s no painting required!

The Rocket Science Starter Set contains an Estes Porta-Pad® II Launch Pad and Electron Beam® Launch Controller (requires four 1.5V alkaline AA batteries, not included). These are the launch system essentials you’ll use to send your rocket skyward and begin your high-altitude experiments. Your educational science kit also contains two model rocket engines (B6-4, and C6-5) and flight supplies to conduct two experimental flights. Also included is a Mini Altitrak™ that you can use to track your model rocket from liftoff to peak altitude to measure how high your rocket flew.
