The NorthFire heat resistant grilling gloves are composed of Aramid fibers and heat resistant fibers that can handle heat up to 932 degrees F (500 deg C). With these fibers, your gloves will not melt or soften when exposed to high temperatures, making this the most durable material to use when grilling with the Inferno. They are also lightweight, cut-resistant, and resistant to absorption. The five-finger design makes it easier than conventional oven mitts to grab grilling trays and cooking utensils. With a cotton lining on the inside of the gloves, your hands have the ability to breath and be comfortable, as the material manages the moisture for you. This means that even with all of the heat going to the gloves, your hands won't sweat from inside the glove. These gloves are one size fits all and are flexible enough to roll down to cover your wrist, which is usually exposed when grilling.
