The Band, live at the Cultural Center, Charleston January 23rd, 1994. The Band triumphantly returned in late 1993 with the reunion album Jericho, featuring original members Levon Helm, Garth Hudson, and Rick Danko. Thereafter they toured widely, augmented by new members who beautifully reproduced their classic sound. This superb set was broadcast on Mountain Stage Radio, Charleston, at the start of the following year, and finds them tackling material from the new album, including a superlative rendition of Bruce Springsteen's "Atlantic City" as well as earlier classics. The entire Mountain Stage Radio Broadcast is presented here, digitally remastered, with background notes and images.
