So we tamed the beast, adding golden beets, carrots, and dates to accentuate the pepper's sweetness, making the dangerous heat more of a through-line that conducts the orchestra of flavors than a solo artist. While this is the hottest of our sauces, it's a playful heat that we think you'll find pleasant in its restraint. That big scary predator is just a sweet cat at heart.
