1. Please connect the converter to the TV via a good Scart cable, change the TV to SCART CVBS channel.
2. Connect the converter to 5V DC power supply or your phone 5V USB charger via the USB DC cable (comes with the parcel), you will see the power led light up, and the SCART TV screen shows "No signal".
3. Connect the converter to the HDMI source device via a good HDMI cable, for example, DVD player.
4. After you connect them, please restart the HDMI source device, usually you will get signal on your SCART TV.
5. If there is no signal, please set the device output via HDMI if it has the option, you need to change the NTSC or PAl according to your TV format.
