Overview:   With 2 million pixels (1632x1232 pixels), the OV2640 image sensor is small in size and low in operating voltage, providing all the features of a single UXGA camera and image processor. Through the SCCB bus control, it is possible to output 10-bit sample data of various resolutions such as full frame, sub-sampling, and window. The UXGA image of this product is up to 15 frames per second. Users have complete control over image quality, data format and transmission. All image processing functions including gamma curve, white balance, saturation, chrominance, etc. can be programmed via the SCCB interface. OmmiVision Image Sensors use unique sensor technology to improve image quality and reduce and stable color images by reducing or eliminating optical or electronic defects such as fixed pattern noise, tailing, and floating.
