Installation over an existing coax cable is simple. Place the first unit near a CATV output, such as a router, which already has an internet connection.

Attach the coax line, the internet source CATV, and a power supply to the first unit. At the other end of the coax line, attach the second unit, and plug it into a power supply. Within a minute or so the indicator light will stop flashing flash and stay solid indicating an established link. This second unit now offers a CATV output with internet speeds of up to 100 Mb/s.

This adapter is used to bring an internet connection to SWM enabled DIRECTV receivers on a network. You wont have to run Ethernet cable throughout your home or business thanks to this small system add-on.
