You might be wondering where this version of Megatron came from and the answer may surprise you He wasn39t seen in a film or comic book, no, this is the representation of the Universal Studios costumed Megatron that quips with visitors to the park That39s why he is colored so differently than the previous deco of this toy. Very cool This is basically a gray and silver redeco of Studio Series SS-34 Dark Of The Moon Megatron. The box is similar to the regular Studio Series Box and itrsquos labeled as SS-48 and with the addition of a ldquoTransformers The Ride 3Drdquo and and ldquoUniversal Studios Exclusive Productrdquo logos on the box. From what we can see from this new image, this release does not include Megatronrsquos cloak or the Igor figurine from the original release.The mold sure looks different and we are sure it will be a nice addition to the Studio Series line.
