This is definitely a poorly crafted driver or a damaged/corrupted driver.
Uninstall, reinstall Wireless Network Adapter driver from the device manage and check.if you have any existing Wifi or Bluetooth drivers; it may cause an error in the device manager and the newly installed card may not operate properly. please disabled the old driver in the Device Manager
a. Drag the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click on the “Start icon”.
b. Select “device manager”.
c. Locate and expand Network driver option.
d. Right click on Wireless Network Device, click on uninstall.
e. Restart the computer.
