If the average 6 year old finds a piano unattended, their curiosity usually results in them pounding unabashedly on the keys. My Piano is here to change all that. With the help from her animated pal, Pam the Piano, the lessons designed by former Juilliard School of Music Instructor Irma Irene Justicia, M.A., will coax ngster into learning to play piano like they were born to do it.
child will learn the basics, such as proper hand position and learning notes. Then My Piano moves on to reading music, playing songs, and a whole lot more. Pam isn't the only animated part of the process either. An animated keyboard helps adolescents know where to place their fingers, and the speed of the music can be adjusted so they can learn at a pace more apt to their abilities. If they're playing on a MIDI keyboard, they'll get instant feedback on their performance, letting them know which notes were played incorrectly and where their fingers should have gone instead. Separate audio tracks (left/right hand, recorded/voice only) and colorful MIDI accompaniments provide even more play along options.
My Piano will not only make kids 6 and up respect the piano, they'll make them sound respectable on it too.
