Now she would like to reveal her 'master secrets' so you can use machine or had sewing to create these endearing, beautiful little creatures that you will want to make and keep. Colorful, strong and easy to use, felt is the perfect material to make the endearing and enduring classic woodland creatures using machine and hand sewing techniques, all shown in clear step-by-step format.

About the Author

Sue Quinn has been designing and making teddy bears and other animals since childhood. After her move to Scotland in 1973 she developed her range and sold to small shops in the area. She names the business Dormouse Designs, as one of her first creatures was a small felt mouse called Timothy. Working from home began to prove difficult, so Sue found a spacious workshop in a nearby village. The following years were hectic with new designs and trips to exhibitions both in the UK and abroad. Now the collectable bears are so sought-after that the original rabbits and mice have been discontinued. Sue's work can be found in teddy bear museums in Britain, Japan and collections worldwide.
