Promark Jonathan Haas Timpani MalletsJH1 GreensThe greens are the most articulate with a very hard felt head excellent for performing early classical compositions. JH2 RedsThe reds are also a hard felt mallet useful for all performing situations They provide the timpanist with a complementary choice of hard mallets. One degree harder than white felt. JH3The JH3 are the hardest of the white felt mallets. They produce a warm and resonant tone yet the small head can be used for pas-sages that need to be defined. JH4The general purpose mallet of the series. They have the weight to play loud, the softness to play soft, and the balance needed to control the speed and accuracy of the mallets.
JH5They are larger than normal general purpose mallets which is needed for that extra volume to bring the orchestra in, and bring the house down. JH6 RollersThis mallet provides the lushness and warmth that is essential for your long rolls. JH7 WoodsThese mallets require very little effort in order to produce a full and brilliant tone. The mallets are also designed to help mini-mize "dings" in the timpani heads.
