The Urban Commuter stores skates inside of the backpack while still leaving room for personal items. Skates should be stored toes up to leave room for other items in the arch area of the skates. Smaller sized skates can fit comfortably in other directions.as well. A pair of wheel covers are included and fit all skate sizes. This means dirty wheels will not ruin any clothing or personal items inside the backpack. The bag is also traveling​ compliant and can be stored in the overhead compartments on most planes. The butterfly clip on the backpack conveniently slides through a vent on the helmet to keep it snug against the outside of the bag. This keeps the helmet safely secured to the backpack and leaves more room for personal stuff in the internal storage compartments. The storage compartment underneath the bag is one of the most crucial areas for skaters. The bottom YKK zipper allows access and has a separate pocket that can hold wet, sweaty clothing or dirty shoes to keep them away from cleaner items.
