| Usage Instructions | IMPORTANT- Always perform a patch test for sensitivity 24 hours beforeapplication of this product. Colourant to Developer mixing ration is 1 - 1. Always wear gloves while using the product. Always use a plastic brushand non-metallic bowl for the mixture. Do not store the mixture for lateruse. Apply petroleum jelly around the hairline to avoid stains The finalcolour shade will vary depending on the natural colour of the hair,texture,percentage of grey hair,etc. It is advisable to keep a gap of at least 15 daysbetween two hair colour applications. For hair already coloured usinghenna,there must be a gap of at least 2 months between the applicationof henna and the application of hair colour,as henna creates a barrier tohair colour,resulting in a patchy colour effect. SHADE TEST- Separate a few strands of clean,dry hair to test the colourdevelopment of Enhance Colourant Cream. Mix the Enhance ColourantCream with the Developer in a ratio of 1 - 1 respectively,in a non-metallicbowl. Apply the mixture to the hair strands that were separated. You cantie the rest of the hair. Leave the mixture on the hair strands for 35 minutes.Wash coloured hair with soap/shampoo and water,and check the colouron the hair strands. If the colour on the hair strands is to your satisfaction,you may proceed with full-head application. METHOD FOR FULL-HEAD APPLICATION-STEP 1 - COLOUR MIXTURE PREPARATION Put on suitable gloves. Open the seal of thecolourant tube with tip on reverse side of cap. Mixthe hair colourant cream and the developer in 1-1ratio in a non-metallic bowl. Mix well for bestresults. The colour mixture is now ready for use.STEP 2 - APPLICATION Separate the hair into sections all over the scalp.Apply the mixture starting from the roots to the tipsof well-dried hair,using a brush. With glovedfingertips spread the mixture evenly through thehair. Separate each strand by working the mixtureinto a lather. Do not rub it on the scalp. Forcoverage of grey hair,apply more of the colourmixture to areas with maximum greys.STEP 3 - DEVELOPMENT Leave the mixture on the hair for 35 minutes forcolour development. While waiting i) Do not coverthe head with a cap or hot towel. ii) Do not use ablow dryer. iii) Do not tie hair in a bun. (Doing sowill result in uneven hair colour.)STEP 4 - RINSING After the required time has elapsed,put on thegloves again. Rinse the coloured hair withlukewarm water until water runs clear Shampoowith a mild shampoo. Avoid getting the colourinto the eyes. Apply hair conditioner,leave for 2 to3 minutes. Rinse out with cold water. ROOT TOUCH-UP APPLICATION- Normally,hair colour lasts for up to 6 to 8 weeks. However,a root touch-up may be required in 3 to 4 weeks forcoverage of grey roots. Apply hair colour to the roots only,to maintain auniform colour for longer. |
