A sleek and durable, food-grade stainless steel housing compliments the premium design of Taylor's new Digital Folding Probe Thermometer. Innovative stem movement on this thermometer adjusts to best position to measure internal temperature for any type of food. For thick cuts of meat, use with stem perpendicular for leverage – thermometer acts as a handle. For thin, delicate foods (fish and burgers) place stem in “pen style” (straight) location for most accurate readings.

A thin, step-down probe allows for the smallest puncture in the food to retain juices and flavor. HOLD feature “LOCKS” in the temperature even when thermometer is removed from food. An expanded temperature range from -40°F to 482°F/-40°C to 250°C.

BATTERY: Powered by one (1) CR2032 battery, included. Thermometer can be powered off or will auto shut-off after a few minutes of no change in temperature.
