The kit includes the transmitter unit with 25' rubber hose and the DCR-4000 receiver unit. It is a very reliable and easy-to-install driveway alarm to keep a track of vehicles entering your property and alerts you with an audio alarm whenever an unusual activity is detected. Transmitter with Rubber Hose The transmitter unit comes with a 25' long rubber hose (3/8 diameter) that lies across the driveway. Whenever a vehicle drives over the hose, a signal is transmitted to the DCR-4000 receiver located at a distance of up to 1 mile (may vary depending on the environment). Once a signal is received, the receiver unit automatically triggers an alarm to alert you.
