Dakota Alert DCRH-4000 Driveway Rubber Hose Alert Kit

The DCRH-4000 Driveway Rubber Hose Alert Kit helps to protect your home and property from unexpected intrusion and theft. The kit includes the transmitter unit with 25' rubber hose and the DCR-4000 receiver unit. It is a very reliable and easy-to-install driveway alarm to keep a track of vehicles entering your property and alerts you with an audio alarm whenever an unusual activity is detected. Transmitter with Rubber Hose The transmitter unit comes with a 25' long rubber hose (3/8 diameter) that lies across the driveway. Whenever a vehicle drives over the hose, a signal is transmitted to the DCR-4000 receiver located at a distance of up to 1 mile (may vary depending on the environment).

Once a signal is received, the receiver unit automatically triggers an alarm to alert you. Expand Your System The DCR-4000 Receiver can be wirelessly connected to other Dakota Alert’s 4000 series products that helps build a complete security system for your home and property. You can monitor up to 12 zones with additional transmitters. Each transmitter can be programmed with a different tune allowing you to easily distinguish between zones from where the signal has been detected. Power Source The transmitter unit operates on four CR123a batteries (included), while the receiver is powered using a 12VDC transformer (included).

The transmitter is weatherproof, making it suitable for exterior locations.
