If your computer is being connected with audio device like headphone or amplifier, that means the computer doesn't send audio to the TV. --1 Please right click Audio icon on the botton right of your computer, --2 click Open Audio Setting, --3 then select the audio name of the TV. Normally, Realtek Digital Output or Realtek High Definition Audio is not audio for TV. 4. Once all the output devices are turn off, you don't need to switch off then turn on the hdmi splitter box, just turn on the monitor on output 1 first until the hdmi source visible, then turn on others on output 2,3,4.(Cuz output 1 with EDID management)
