1.Confirm that the audio signal source is connected to the decoder correctly
2.Confirm that the output interface is connected to the 5.1 input interface of the amplifier
3.Check whether the amplifier is in 5.1 input mode, whether it is started and the volume adjustment is normal
4.Check whether the cables are in good condition
5.Adjust the knob on the item and check whether the playback device is muted or the volume is at a minimum
