This two-sided, smudge-resistant liquid eyeliner pen creates a variety of alluring eye looks from dramatic to sophisticated. The tapered and angled felt tips are ideal for outlining, defining and creating seductive eyes with control and precision.

How to Use: Shake well. Hold eyeliner pen at a slight angle and apply close to the base of eye lashes. Use a light touch for fine lines or a firmer touch for bolder lines. Apply color using short strokes starting from the inner corner of the eye and working towards the outer corner. Use the angled felt tip for bold, graphic looks, and the soft tapered felt tip for sexy "cat-eyed" styles. For external use only.
