While most women can comfortably wear either size of the cup, we want you to find the best fit for your body and flow. Size 1 is best for a lighter flow (holds 21ml of liquid) or for those who haven’t given birth. Size 2 is for a heavier period (holds 28 ml of liquid) or for those who have given birth. (A regular tampon holds 5ml of liquid.)
