Porter has been listed by Rolling Stone as one of the '100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time' with songs written for the likes of Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey, James Brown and more. The album includes both originals and covers of the Beatles' "Help!" and the Tin Pan Alley tune "The Masquerade Is Over".
