Warm Tips:
1. The TV must be a digital TV to use this digital antenna. If it is an analog TV, you need a digital converter box (set-top box).
2. Rescan the channels after moving the antenna. Please visit - "//dtv.gov/maps" to find out what channels are available in your area.
3. You should only attach it to a table, wall or window after you are sure you can receive the TV channel signal.
4. Areas with large obstacles, such as valleys, mountains, etc., will reduce the effective range.
5. TV antennas should be kept away from devices that consume a lot of power, such as air conditioners elevators, hair dryers and microwave ovens.
TV antenna can't receive signal or antenna can't reach the expected effect, what should I do?
1) Check if the antenna is properly connected to HDTV or third party HD receiver, such as TV set-top box.
2) Rescan the channel and set the mode to Antenna or Air in the TV's setup menu, please refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions.
3) If you previously saw a snowy (but watchable) image on an analog TV channel, you may not have a strong enough signal to display this new format. Try repositioning the antenna in a different location, sometimes moving it a few feet will make a difference.
