The Escali Digital Probe Thermometer continuously measures food while it cooks and a custom temperature alert ensures you know exactly when it is done. You will never overcook food again just to ensure it is safe to eat.The stainless steel probe and silicon cord are specially designed to withstand the high temperatures found in an oven or on a grill, and they can even be left in food while it cooks. Set a custom temperature alert and the thermometer will notify you when your food is done cooking. The display features large easy to read digits which show the current temperature measurement as well as the custom alert temperature.
Use the magnetic back to hang the display on a nearby oven door, or place it on a countertop using the built-in kickstand.
