Newly Remastered for Blue Note 75th Anniversary Vinyl!
Street of Dreams is an album by American jazz guitarist Grant Green featuring performances recorded in 1964 and released on the Blue Note label. The street signs featured on the cover photo are at an actual street corner in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco. Street of Dreams, originally released in 1966, contains performances by Grant Green, Bobby Hutcherson, Larry Young, and Elvin Jones.
Newly-remastered for vinyl as part of an overall Blue Note 75th anniversary vinyl reissue campaign spearheaded by current Blue Note Records President, Don Was.
"...a marvelously light, cool atmosphere that's maintained throughout the record...All the musicians play with a delicate touch that's quite distinct from the modal soul-jazz on Talkin' About...It's another fine record in a discography filled with them, and yet another underrated Green session." -Steve Huey, allmusic.com
