The Honeywell AirGenius 3 Air Cleaner/Odor Reducer combines the best features & technology into one really smart air cleaner. The patented ifD® filter is extremely quiet and effective at capturing up to 99.9% of airborne particles, both the larger visible particles and the microscopic invisible ones from the air that passes through the filter, 0.3 microns and larger. The ifD® filter is permanent and easy to clean – simply wash the filters 4 times per year – no replacement filters needed! How the air purifier works: a fan continuously draws in airborne pollutants. The dirty air passes through the pre-filter where the larger particles are captured. If desired, you have the option of using the “K” pre-filter will also absorb odors, gases and VOCs (volatile organic compounds). The air then passes through the ifD® filter that attracts dust and allergens like a magnet. The filtered, cleaner and fresher smelling air is then circulated back into the room. The AirGenius 3 has an oscillation option that will quickly disperse the cleaner air throughout the room. To ensure stated product performance, use only Genuine Honeywell Replacement Filters.
