LumberJo’s Foam Axe Throwing Game by JumpOff Jo is a fun, family-friendly dart-style throwing game, but instead of throwing darts—you're throwing axes! Foam axes, that is. Because this game replaces the traditional tools of axe throwing with foam axes, it’s safe to play indoors and outdoors by adults and children ages 6+. Of course, axe throwing is not just for kids! This game can be a fun addition to a dorm room, company retreat, office party, bachelor or bachelorette party, and more! Each player takes turns throwing a foam axe at the cartnear. Each ring on the cartnear is worth 1, 2, 3, or 4 points. The red bullseye is worth 6 points! To score a point, the axe head must stick to the board; if the axe bounces off, no points are scored. If the axe head is in two rings, take the greater of the two scores. During the final round, the small blue circles on the cartnear are each worth 10 points. During all other rounds, they are worth only 1 point. Experiment with different throwing techniques: one handed, two handed, or even underhanded!
