+ HOW TO USE

DO NOT TAKE ORALLY.

Insert vaginally at bedtime for 7-14 days (repeat if symptoms persist) to balance bacteria, yeast and pH.

We also like to keep Boric Life around for all the imbalances in our life: using a suppository after sex (semen has a pH of 7.1-8), the last few days of our period (pH of 7.4), or anytime our pH is off.

Y'all, discharge is totally normal over the course of the night (we wear a thin pad to protect our panties from any mess).

Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment.

INSERT VAGINALLY

Wash your hands with soap and warm water.
Lie on your back with your knees bent toward your chest, or stand with your knees bent and your feet a few inches apart.
Use an applicator or use your finger to insert the suppository into your vagina.
Gently insert (1) Boric Life suppository into your vagina as far as it will go without feeling uncomfortable. Then, remove your finger or the applicator.
Lie down for a few minutes to let the Boric Life absorb.
Wash your hands again with soap and warm water.
Store in a cool dry place, keep out of reach of children.
