Storage: Keep frozen. Store in freezer at 0 degrees F. Directions: Preparation: Oven Bake: Note: Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking time as necessary. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen french fries in a single layer on a shallow baking tray. For more even cooking, tray may be lined with crumpled aluminum foil. 3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes until desired color and crispness are achieved. Serve hot. For best product quality, do not overcook. Deep Fry: Caution: Ice crystals will cause spattering when added to hot oil. Allow excessive crystals to melt prior to frying. 1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F. Deep fryer should not be more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket not more than half full of frozen french fries. Use caution lowering basket into hot oil. 3. Fry 2 to 4 minutes to obtain desired color and crispness. For best product quality, do not overcook. 4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
