The bundle includes the NOVA 48232 Direct Thread G3 Chuck with 50mm jaws, NOVA 6034 Pen Plus Jaws, NOVA 9049 Mandrel Saver, chuck handle, woodworm screw, fastenings and manual. The NOVA G3 Chuck is precisely machined from 1045 machine grade steel, and comes with anti-release spindle lock. This chuck is a dedicated threaded 1 in. 8TPI RH/LH version, exclusively for use on the NOVA Comet II Mini Lathe (and other lathes with a 1 in. x 8 TPI spindle) This ensures the chuck will stay securely mounted on the lathe, throughout forward and reverse turning applications. The NOVA G3 chuck features a one handed, geared operation, for fast opening and closing, ideal for production turning of smaller pieces. The gears are strong and smooth.
