Directions:
Step 1. Clean and dry area you wish to apply patch.
Step 2. Remove the patch from the transparent film and be careful not to touch center of the patch.
Step 3. Gently press it with your fingers for 3 seconds after
applying on area you wish to care.
Step 4. Leave on for 2+ hours. For best results leave overnight.

*Apply this product immediately after opening from pouch.
