Press the shutter release button halfway to activate the camera's autofocus. (The camera needs to be set to autofocus. ) 2. Press the shutter release button fully to take a picture. 3. Press shutter release button fully and slide the button lock in the direction of arrow to lock the shutter release button for long exposure shooting (the camera's shutter needs to be set to Bulb) or continuous shooting (the camera needs to be set to continuous shooting). 4. To release the lock, slide the button lock in the opposite direction.
