The 1.5 horsepower water pump also uses a 1.5-inch discharge pipe size with a flow capacity of 67 GPM and an average flow of 45 GPM at a 10-foot lift and 30 PSI pressure. This inground sprinkler pump is electric, so you'll need to wire it to power. It will draw 9.6 amps on 230 volts or 19.2 amps on 115 volts. This irrigation pump will self-prime after the pump housing is filled initially, you'll just need a separate check valve or foot valve.
