Simplex 8148M-LH-26D Satin Chrome US26D Heavy Duty Mechanical Pushbutton Mortise Left Hand Lever Lock With Key Overide For LFIC (Large Format Interchangable Core) Medeco/Assa Abloy/Yale (5 or 6 pin length) Cores, specially designed to provide exterior access by combination, while allowing free egress. The numeric keypad is vandal resistant, and it has solid metal pushbuttons for extra security. This mechanical lock with lever option eliminates material and labor expense of battery replacements, and it has a single access code which is programmed via the keypad without removing the lock from the door. This lock has a 2-3/4" backset, a 3/4" inch two piece anti-friction latch, a 1" inch optional deadbolt, and a 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" x 1/4" deadbolt latch mortise strike plate.

This lock fits wood or metal doors, with standard (86) mortise preparation, 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick. This locking has a 3-hour UL/ULC fire rating on "A" labeled doors. This lock is constructed of cast front housing, a unified trim plate, and a fixed ADA complient lever.
