1. Does the product need to install a driver for use, and how should it be installed?
-Win8/8.1/10 system Plug and Play (no need to install the driver); Win7/XP need to install the driver, please contact us at ruichuangcartnear@hotmail.com

2. Does aptX protocol support?
The product supports aptX encoding protocol, and it can play CD-level high-definition sound quality with Bluetooth headset/stereo with aptX protocol.

3. The driver installation is complete, but the Bluetooth device cannot be searched.
When using this product to pair your Bluetooth device, first make sure that your Bluetooth device (Such as Bluetooth headset) is not occupied by other Bluetooth, and enter the pairing state, then you can search for the device.

4. Can the USB adapter be connected to gamepads such as PS/XBOX?
XBOX ONE S and PS4 controller hardware are supported. Support connection under Win8/10 system

5. Why is there no signal after connecting 5-10 meters?
-The product has been tested to support 20 meters transmission in an obstacle-free environment (no partition wall). It is recommended to use it within 10 meters due to interference from household electronic equipment.
