Like many other people in the martial arts world, swordsman Yeh Ting Feng (Pai Piao) is curious about the truth behind the bloody parrot, and has been investigating its whereabouts. Renowned constable Tieh Han (Tony Liu), meanwhile, is tracing thirteen chests that mysteriously disappeared from the Wang manor. Yeh and Tieh cross paths one night in a cemetery.
