A beautifully balanced, full-bodied cheddar with a distinctive crunch and an intense, long-lasting finish cheese from the UK’s #1 brand of cheddar, Cathedral City®. Made at our multi-award-winning Creamery in Davidstow, Cornwall, in the South West of England using 100% British milk from dedicated local farms. Matured 20 months at a constant 50°F to allow continued maturation and flavor development throughout the maturation process. The result is a unique, superior taste profile that is complex and mouth-filling. The innovative “pillow pack” is specially designed to be less tightly wrapped around the cheese but is still completely sealed and airtight. The pack also has a “press to close” feature at the top, allowing easier reclosing of the wrapper and better conservation of the cheese (and there’s no need to use another plastic bag). We are very proud that Cathedral City® is supplied to Her Majesty The Queen. Our Royal Warrant was first granted over 20 years ago in recognition of our supply to the Royal Household.
